GAME PLAY

Hacking or use of any programs not allowed by admins/GM's is not allowed, neither are you allowed to dupe items.
We do have programs monitoring your every activity on this server so, any breach on these rules will get you deleted from the system.

2. Use of outside programs to give you an unfair advantage over other players, is strictly forbidden, And will get you deleted off the system.

3. Stat padding is not allowed, Stat padding means logging on to a toon on the other faction/having a friend log a toon for you on the oposite faction and feeding you kills to improve your PvP rank.
Anyone caught doing so will be deleted/banned from the system.

4. The use of terrain flaws like camping inside altars/hiding inside the curtains in jungle/desert is NOT allowed, neither is it allowed to camp respawn points. Repeated offences will result in a BAN!

5. Beeing AFK in a pvp zone even in town does not make you safe! So for your own sake, if you planning on going afk, use a capital/bootleggery recall rune to make sure you are in a safe spot before doing so,
5b) ALLTHO if you spawnkill (kill someone that's just spawning in on the map or spawning from a death) and that player hasn't moved/buffed/twitched or talked it's considered spawnkilling and will result in a 24h ban and LOSS of ALL pvp Rank!
Note: All cases will be individually evaluated before any action is taken!

6. Kill Stealing is not allowed, It's considered kill stealing if you repeatadly run into other players mobs that they have Aggrovated and killing them., accedently killing someones mob isn't considered Kill Stealing, but if you continue following them around and repeatadly killing their mobs, It's considered harrasment/stalking and it will resault in a BAN!

7. Camping Bosses/Quest bosses is allowed, BUT farmers ARE to step aside and let the quester complete the mission, or if needed assist them in the misson.

8. Resetting a boss on someone from your own faction is NOT allowed and is a bannable offence, however resetting a boss on
the oposite faction IS ALLOWED!

9. Every player is allowed to have toons on both factions, but using any of those toon to pass around information about what the other faction is doing is NOT allowed and if you are caught in doing so, you will find yourself banned.

10. Impersonating any staff and/or having name who is similar to a staffs name or TAG is bannable, you might be lucky and get a warning that tells you to change your name, but if not applied after the warning, you will be banned from the server.

11. The NO HARRASMENT rule apply here!
You don't accuse players of hacking, exploit or duping without solid proof,
Forum posts flaming another player will be deleted, guildbashing/personal attacks in tradechat will result in a public warning and after 3 reprimands you will get banned.
11b) Repeatedly begging other players in the community for gear/money can be considered harassment. If you are asked to stop by the player or by a GM/GS and fail to comply you will result in a 24h ban

12. GM's Are not allowed to hand out items without admins permission, so do not ask em for stuff.
1st offence will give you a warning but however if you continue you will get banned!

13. GM's/GS's are not required to plvl you, however they are allowed to do so, but you don't ask a GM or GS for Plvl as their main purpose is to assist in answering question/gameplay assistance so please have respect if they all of a sudden have to bail on you during a plvl.

14. You do not disrespect any staffmembers and breaking this rule is a guaranteed ban.

PERSONAL INTERACTIONS

15. Stalking or repeated harrasment of another player, will result in a permanent ban.

16. Staff is not to disrespect the other members of the community and are to conduct themselfs in a professional manner.

17. Staff is not allowed to treathen you with any action, unless they have caught you braking one of the rules listed in this document.

18. GM's are not allowed to treath any players differently than other weather or not you know them or not, so don't expect any special treathment just because you happen to know them on a personal level.

19. GM's is NOT allowed to pvp on their GM toon, unless there is a GM involved as well from the oposite faction.

20. GM's are not allowed to hold a Monster Madness/Event without having a GM from the oposite faction present.

21. Last and foremost you DO NOT promote or talk about other servers on these forums or in the game, if your caught in doing so you better be prepared to find another playground!!!!

22. Staff Members who join other servers and become Staff Members of another server will lose their position permanently here on SK. Players and Staff alike expect the staff to be loyal to SK.
